Dear IIDA Customers,

Considering the local outbreak of COVID-19, all face-to-face services for customers without an appointment will be suspended during the following period.

From: 9th August, 2021
Until: Locally transmitted COVID-19 cases show significant decline

During the period, we continue all other operations including telephone and E-mail services. Please feel free to contact us over the phone as well as via E-mail.

Also, we are happy to receive your appointment requests for face-to-face meeting through our website .
